Your Complimentary Consultation

 

1. Call 913-271-1013 or e-mail us at GoodEarthFlowers@live.com to set-up a time for your complementary visit with our owner and lead designer, Ashley, to get to know each other and talk about your wants and needs regarding your wedding flowers.

2. Please fill out and submit your Bridal Questionnaire. This will enable us to focus on you and your needs. Consultations are always complimentary and last an average of one hour.

3. Please bring the following items with you to our meeting:
 

-Photos of floral designs that inspire you. Inspiration can be found in magazines (The Knot, Bride and Bloom, etc.), books and the Internet (you may find these links helpful).
 

-Photos or swatches of the Bride’s gown and Bridesmaid’s dresses.
 

-You are welcome to bring your fiancé, a friend, or family member who you would feel helpful and supportive in the decision making process.

4. We will email you a detailed proposal with pricing and descriptions within 48 hours of our visit.

5. To give our best possible service and to meet our clients unique needs, we book minimal weddings per weekend.

6. We are always available for ideas and to make requested changes to your proposal. We want to be there to help in anyway we can throughout your engagement and wedding planning. In addition, one month prior to your wedding we will contact you to make any adjustments to your order and the delivery time line will be finalized. The balance for your flowers is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.

Good Earth Floral Design Studio specializes in providing our clients with one-of-a-kind wedding flowers and five star customer service. Pricing is determined based on flower choice and complexity of design. Each client will receive a proposal customized to the needs and wants expressed during our consultation.  As always, delivery and set up is included in your package at no additional fee. We want to do everything we can to minimize your stress during planning and your wedding day!
